What makes the C.A.O. OSA Sol cigars so unique you ask? It is thanks to the unique sungrown wrapper used that is grown in the Olancho, San Agustin, Honduran valleys that gives this blend its uniqueness. The climate and conditions in which these wrapper leaves from a 2008 proprietary crop are grown are perfect lending the leaves their essential oils. These same essential oils give this cigar its deep earthy flavors and rich and robust aromas. Rounding out the blend are the Connecticut broadleaf binder and a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos for the filler.

The initial flavoring of the CAO OSA Sol blend starts off with notes of tea, then proceeds to get richer, more intense and hints of woodiness and a nutty base start to appear. The OSA Sol is medium bodied with an even burn and draw from start to end.

In 2011 Cigar Journal ranked the CAO OSA Sol Lot 50 as the #13 cigar of the year, and Cigar Aficionado ranked it an 88. The Lot 54 was rated a 96 by Cigar Journal in 2011 as well as receiving the award for "Best Buy." Pick up your box soon because they are in great demand and flying off the shelves.
