RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Contact us either by phone or email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 2: Be sure to clearly write return authorization number, "RA-XXXX" on the box. Any box returned to us without an RA# might be rejected and will at the least be delayed. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if there seems to be damage/use/wear/loss of components/loss of packaging. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the wrong item was shipped.
UPS/Fedex Returns:
Drop your box off at any authorized UPS/Fedex Shipping Center.

Since your refund is on a credit card, here are some numbers you should know:
7 days it takes for your package to get to our warehouse
48 hours it takes to process back into our inventory once it arrives
24 hours it takes to process a replacement product (if applicable)
2-10 business days it takes for your financial institution to credit your card back.
