If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from MyDiscountCigar you may return it in original condition within 10 days of the date it was received for full credit or refund. After this period, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.Cigars:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any box of cigars that you purchase from MyDiscountCigar after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 10 days of the date it was received for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. This policy only applies to full box purchases, not 5 packs. If you return any 5 pack, you will be credited for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. After this 10 day period, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for up to 30 days.Free Promotional Items:

Directions for Returns:
Contact us either by phone or email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.Step 2:
Be sure to clearly write return authorization number, "RA-XXXX" on the box. Any box returned to us without an RA# might be rejected and will at the least be delayed. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if there seems to be damage/use/wear/loss of components/loss of packaging. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the wrong item was shipped.
