We sell cigars at wholesale to qualified businesses with the appropriate sales tax requirements for resale. Please start by filling out our application hereWholesale Sales:
If you are an approved wholesale customer you may place orders by calling (720) 675-7684. Feel free to leave your order on our voicemail.
Step 1: Contact us either by phone or email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 2: Be sure to clearly write return authorization number, "RA-XXXX" on the box. Any box returned to us without an RA# might be rejected and will at the least be delayed. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if there seems to be damage/use/wear/loss of components/loss of packaging. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the wrong item was shipped.
Drop your box off at any authorized UPS/Fedex Shipping Center.
Since your refund is on a credit card, here are some numbers you should know:
7 days it takes for your package to get to our warehouse
48 hours it takes to process back into our inventory once it arrives
24 hours it takes to process a replacement product (if applicable)
